Nursing and Midwifery

We couldn’t do what we do without our Nurses and Midwives providing key support to our patients. We have a range of flexible working options for the right candidates.

The scope of practice for our Nurses and Midwives includes:

  • Immunsations of children and adults (must be able to use bubble wands)
  • Triaging phone calls
  • Managing recall lists
  • Contacting patients to discuss results or follow up clinical concerns
  • Preparation of GP Management Plans and Team Care Arrangements
  • Assting GPs with insertion of IUD and insertion/removals of implanons
  • Ordering and management of immunisations and stock
  • Patient education
  • ECGs
  • Chaperoning
  • Restocking of GP rooms
