Catriona grew up in Adelaide and graduated with a MBBS from the University of Adelaide in 2014. She then went on to work at Flinders Medical Centre where she undertook training in obstetrics and gynaecology, obtaining a DRANZCOG Advanced Diploma. Following this, she practiced in Loxton then Victor Harbor as a GP obstetrician completing FRACGP in 2021. During this time, Catriona enjoyed the privilege and continuity of working with families through preconception, birth and beyond.

Catriona moved back to Adelaide, starting her own family and is a recent mother of one. During this time, she resonated with the values and evidence-based approach of the Possums programme, she is currently undertaking training to become a Neuroprotective Developmental Care Practitioner.

Catriona understands the challenges and magic of parenthood and is committed to supporting families navigate through this time with a holistic and compassionate approach. Catriona has a passion for obstetrics and is available to provide antenatal shared care, perinatal mental health, women’s health and is certified for IUD and Implanon insertion.

Catriona enjoys reading, running and any outdoor activities, especially if they are water based or include dogs (or both).
