Amie thrives in the fast-paced world of healthcare administration, where organisation, problem-solving, and supporting a busy team are all part of her day-to-day. She values being part of a close-knit workplace and enjoys contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.

With a strong personal and professional interest in women’s health and wellbeing, across physical, emotional, and psychological aspects, Amie is driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference. Her passion for healthcare began early in life, inspired by a compassionate nurse who left a lasting impression during a hospital stay. That experience shaped Amie’s commitment to creating supportive and reassuring experiences for others.

Bringing over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Amie has built a diverse career across pharmacy, general practice, and specialist services. She has developed particular strengths in leadership, team support, and operational management. Her qualifications include Certified Practice Manager (AAPM), a Diploma in Practice Management, and a Double Diploma in Human Resource Management and Leadership & Management. She is currently furthering her expertise through MBA studies.

Outside of work, Amie starts her days early with study or weight training at the gym, she adores her dog, Bear,  and her favourite thing is spending quality time with her husband and children.
